Cal-Pro Real Estate Inspections did a very thorough report on our home we are purchasing. The scheduling process was very easy. We could pick a date that fit our schedule and the inspector was prompt. He gave us a report that backed up everything with photos and presented it to us step by step. Everything was easy to understand and we were able to go to the bargaining table with a full knowledge of all repairs that needed to be done. I want to commend Cal-Pro Inspections for the high quality inspection report we received, both via email and in a hard copy in a binder.  The work was done thoroughly, the report easy to understand, with photos that helped that understanding.  As buyers who are making a transition from one location to another, the long distance aspects could have been challenging, but Cal-Pro made it easy.

Hey Mike.  Sorry I didnt get back to you intitially about the home inspection.  Although I did not end up purchasing the home, I was very pleased with your services. 

 
Several months later I considered purchasing a condo in Sacramento which I also had an inspection done on.  Comparatively, your services were far superior to the likes of that company.  You were far more thurough, knowledgable, and your customer service was unmatched.  Even in my quest in simply searching for a home inspector, I did not get the sense that any were as eager nor honest about doing the work as you were.
 
So thanks again for your help.  Although I do not plan on purchasing anytime soon, and I definitely do not plan on purchasing in Bakersfield since I am only to be here for less than 3 more years, I wont hesistate to pass your name to anyone I can who may need your services.

To cal-pro real estate inspections...I'm really pleased with the detailed report and inspection of the home I'm considering buying not only was it easy to read and understand, the pictures and details of problems and/or issues with this particular house were ones I would have certainly missed. The home buying experience is a scary one, especially because it’s our first time.
